We may be in possession of your personal data because we have received it from a user of GSTTAX SERVICES.

GST Tax Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. 200501010098 (687145-X) is a Malaysian company which is Human Resource Development Corporation approved training provider organize in-house training, public seminar and sale of self-authored books. Our Office is located at 38-1, Jalan Radin Anum, Bandar Baru Seri Petaling, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Throughout this Privacy Notice, when we say GSTTAX, we mean our company and related companies (collectively as “we”, “us” or “our”).

2.THE TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT

GSTTAX collect and process Data as part of our business operations including Personal Data. “Personal Data” is any information that identifies a person. It is almost impossible to list all the types information which may be considered as Personal Data and the types of information we collect and use will be determined by the types of GSTTAX SERVICES that you are using. Nevertheless, the Personal Data that GSTTAX collects and uses as part of our business operations may include your name, age, gender, nationality, race, marital status, profession, identification card or passport number, residential address, phone number, email address, financial data and banking account details. If you are a corporate entity, “Personal Data” will include data related to your business’s finances, taxes, employees, customers, suppliers.

GSTTAX takes a consent-based approach to the collection and use of your Personal Data. Accordingly, most of the Personal Data that we collect and use is provided by you directly.         i. use or register to use GSTTAX SERVICES;

        ii. register seminar/training using GSTTAX SERVICES;

        iii. complete online forms , take part in surveys, post on our message boards, post any blogs, enter any competitions or prize  draws,

            download publications, or participate in any other interactive areas that appear on GSTTAX SERVICES;

        iv. interact with us using social media, email or WhatsApp, contact us offline (e.g. via telephone, fax, SMS, or post); and

        v. participate in our marketing activities or events (e.g. road shows, exhibitions, training or business card collections).

           Consultancy Sdn. Bhd., including their advisers and representatives;

        vii.all other person(s) whose services are necessary or incidental to our business operations.

For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our services.Some GSTTAX SERVICES allow you to provide access to your account to other users authorised by you (hereinafter as “Authorised Users”). These Authorised Users will have access to information in your account including Personal Data and may perform various tasks on your behalf. In this case, you will have full responsibility for any collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Data by your Authorised Users.

At GSTTAX, we respect your rights in relation to your Personal Data.
