Here’s an example to explain who can access e-Invoices from the TNG Merchant Dashboard:
Example: Coffee Shop Owner
Merchant: Jane owns a coffee shop called “Brew Bliss” and uses TNG eWallet to accept payments from her customers.
Business Scenario:
Customers pay for their coffee using TNG eWallet.
After each transaction, an e-Invoice is generated for record-keeping.
Accessing e-Invoice:
Who can access the Merchant Dashboard:
Only Jane, as the business owner, can log in to the TNG eWallet Merchant Dashboard using her account credentials.
What she can do:
From the Merchant Dashboard, Jane can view, download, and manage all the e-Invoices generated for the transactions made at Brew Bliss.
She can access invoices for accounting, tax filing, or customer inquiries.
Who cannot access:
Customers: Even though customers receive their own e-Invoice, they cannot access the Merchant Dashboard.
For example, if a customer named Tom buys coffee from Brew Bliss, he can get an e-Invoice via email or in his eWallet app, but he does not have access to Jane’s Merchant Dashboard.
Staff: Employees or staff working at Brew Bliss, unless authorized as part of the business administration team, do not have direct access to the Merchant Dashboard either.
In short, only Jane, as the business owner, can access the e-Invoices via her TNG eWallet Merchant account.
