The Stamp Duty (Exemption) (No. 2) 2016 (Amendment) Order 2023 [P.U. (A) 350, gazetted on 09/11/2023] is a legislative amendment extending the stamp duty exemption deadline from 31 December 2022 to 31 December 2024.
The amendment was made by the Minister of Finance on 23 October 2023.
